We are committed to delivering the highest quality, most durable, and safest custom water bottles in the world. To that end we subject our bottles to extensive testing to ensure that our product exceeds the strictest safety requirements. Our bottles are made from Eastman Tritan plastic, a BPA-free polymer. Our 19 oz. bottles are 2-walled to help reduce, though not eliminate, condensation that can result from temperatures and humidity. Condensation outside or between the bottles usually evaporates within 24 hours.
Lively Bottles and lids are leak-proof and dishwasher safe. If your custom water bottle is leaking it is usually because the lid either isn’t securely fastened to the water bottle, or the lid isn’t snapped shut. While this sounds basic, usually it solves the problem. Replacement lids are available for purchase if a replacement is needed. Carbonated beverages generate pressure inside the water bottle and may cause it to leak. Our water bottle was not designed for carbonated beverages – it is intended for non-carbonated drinks such as water, juice, and sports drinks, to name a few. Do not use boiling liquids in the water bottle, though coffee works great.
We suggest you use your dishwasher manufacturer’s settings and, when possible, use the top rack of the dishwasher. If our water bottle does not fit on the top rack, try to place them away from the heating element on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. If after you run your water bottle through the dishwasher, there is still residue, we recommend hand rinsing in warm soapy water. Lids can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand.
Citrus products may cause slight discoloration so you should always wash and rinse the product thoroughly after each use. Some sunscreens have been found to fade or discolor our water bottles – as well as many other everyday plastic products. This does not affect the integrity of our products or your ability to use them. To minimize possible damage to your water bottle’s clarity and appearance, we suggest avoiding any contact with sunscreen and to always wash hands after applying sunscreen before using our water bottles. Should contact occur, wash the water bottle thoroughly using soap, cool water and wipe dry with a soft cloth immediately.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a link to track your package. Simply click on the link to receive the estimated delivery date. You may also sign into your account to see your most recent orders. Click on an order to access its tracking code. This feature is not available if you checkout as a guest.
Generally, we ship single water bottles using USPS First Class mail, and orders for multiple waters using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS or FedEx. We offer expedited shipping options if you prefer, for an additional charge. We gladly accept orders for shipment outside the United States, however due to certain restrictions and additional shipping charges, these orders should be placed by email.
Lively Bottle will replace water bottles which we confirm by visual inspection to have defects in material or workmanship. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, such as fading or scratching, improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. After authorization by customer service, just pack your water bottle and replacement request form in a box or padded envelope addressed to Lively Bottle, 121 W. Hillgrove Ave, No. 272, La Grange IL 60525. Allow approximately 2 weeks for your new items to arrive. Personalized items are non-refundable.
